We are looking for a dynamic Payroll Administrator to help us ensure our valued employees are compensated accurately and on time. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of trust and reliability, reflecting our core values.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Maintaining payroll records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Addressing and resolving payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
Collaborating with HR to manage employee PTO and deductions.
Keeping up-to-date with changing legislation and best practices in payroll processing.
Assisting with year-end processing and reporting, including W-2s and 1099s.

2+ years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ADP Workforcenow
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

We offer a competitive compensation package, The range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 based upon experience. Medical and dental plans with employer contribution, 401K retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more!
