Since 1982, Closets by Design has helped to create the category with Home Organizing Systems. We handle everything in the home except Kitchens and Baths. This includes Closets, Pantries, Garages, Offices, Wall Beds, etc.

Duties:
- Recruits and participates in interviews to fill vacant positions
- Plans and conducts new associate onboarding
- Maintains records of benefit plan participation including but not limited to health insurance, 401k plan, and vacation accruals
- Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, and performance reviews.
- Maintains leave of absence records, including FMLA.
- Responds to notifications from state agency regarding unemployment claims filed by former employees.
- Administers the company's Workers Compensation program. including all required reporting

- Prepares associate separation notices and related documentation. and conducts exit interviews

- Maintains associate data in automated human resources information system.

- Maintains associate personnel files.

- Assist with administration of all business insurance.

Experience:
- Proven experience in human resource administration, including but not limited to employee benefits, business insurance, recruiting
- Familiarity with unemployment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
