Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide coaching and support to managers on talent management, performance issues, and employee development.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage employee relations matters, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts as needed.
Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend actions to improve overall performance.
Support talent acquisition efforts and offer insights on workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining best HR practices.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within the financial services or mortgage industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
