Empower Partnerships is looking for seasoned HR Consultants with expertise in Talent Management, and Organizational Development. The ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers with a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to implement effective solutions that align with our clients' business goals. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely with a preference for candidates based in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Learning and Organizational Development ConsultantDesign and deliver tailored training programs for management and staff.Develop and execute employee development initiatives.Conduct organizational assessments and recommend development strategies.What you need to qualify as an HR Consutlant

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with assessment tools, Predictive Index (PI) highly desired.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
Experience in executive coaching and strategic HR planning.
Prior consulting experience with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
5-7 years HR experience Talent Management and Organizational Development
