HUMAN RESOURCES PROJECT SUPPORT SPECIALIST – TEMPORARY (Permanent)
Our client, an established manufacturing company in WNY, is looking to hire a Temporary Human Resources Project Support Specialist to assist them for about a month.

Responsibilities:

Gather employee information/records and ensure all paperwork is complete
Scan confidential documents into database
Create new accounts as necessary
Maintain organized file system of hard copies
Ensure extreme attention to detail at all times
Maintain confidentiality of all employee information
Work well in a team environment as well as independently
Complete special projects in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned/as necessary

Details:

Position is full time, temporary
100% In-office
$20.00 - $25.00 / hour depending on experience
1+ years relative experience
Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong technical skills
Self-motivated
Relocation not available
