Signal Security is hiring for an HR Coordinator. This is an expected 9-5 Monday through Friday focus. The goal of this position is overseeing the acquiring of the right team to drive our organization forward with confident representation. We expect a high volume of interviews, potential/current employee interaction and creative approaches to stay ahead of the curve.

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid State Issued ID
Must be able to pass full background check
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Applicants with current BSIS certification are preferred. ($300.00 bonus on first check if you already have a BSIS certification.) However, we will train the right applicant in office with a BSIS certified trainer for the right candidate.

This position is based toward in-office work. The overall core focus is finding the right talent that will improve our organization and push for non-stop improvement. Using a large variety of technology and other resources, we hope to continuously push for the right staff as we grow exponentially.

You will have a creative mindset to an ever changing field of applicants and utilizing resources for a large amount of successful result.

You will be assisting multiple franchise locations across the West Coast and working with a large majority of our management team.
