Job Title: Senior Skilled Recruiter

Job Description:

- Source, attract, and hire top talent for both clients and internal teams.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate identification to onboarding.

- Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to build a strong network and promote our brand.- Assist with hiring events and networking opportunities to expand our reach within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for client skilled, direct hire roles, and internal positions (sales, operations, etc.)

- Leverage LinkedIn and other social media to identify and engage potential candidates.

- Build and maintain an online presence to promote XL Pro Staffing’s brand and job opportunities.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance.

- Coordinate and participate in hiring events, job fairs, and networking events.

- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency environment.

- Strong presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Knowledge of light industrial, manufacturing, human resources, and legal industries is a plus.
