What You’ll Do:

Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management programs.
Support human resources activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality and HR processes.
Help coordinate training and development programs for our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and quality matters, fostering open communication.

Who You Are:

Previous experience in quality management, human resources, or a related field is highly desirable.
Associate’s degree or relevant coursework in healthcare administration or business is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and employees.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
