We are seeking a dedicated and Bilingual Recruiter (English and Spanish) to join our team. This role is essential to building a talented workforce that meets the diverse needs of our clients in the construction and light industrial industries. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding skilled and general labor workers to meet client demands, while effectively communicating in both English and Spanish.
What You’ll Do:
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively recruit construction workers, including general laborers, carpenters, equipment operators, and skilled trades professionals through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
- Screen and Interview: Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to evaluate candidates’ skillsets, experience, and suitability for various roles.
- Build Talent Pools: Maintain a pipeline of qualified, bilingual candidates ready for immediate placement.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Partner with sales representatives to understand client staffing needs and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Coordinate Onboarding: Oversee the hiring process, including document collection, safety training, and compliance with client requirements.
- Engage Workers: Build strong relationships with candidates and place workers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
