Overview of the Role
A successful Senior HR Generalist for the Corporate organization will act as an employee champion and is responsible for executing meaningful people programs to improve engagement, performance, and culture. This role will partner with the Director P&C to bring our strategy to life in areas of performance management, manager enablement, communication, recruitment, and more. They will work across multiple functions within P&C to execute on key objectives and enable success for the company as a whole. Ultimately, we are looking for top-notch talent with a curious, proactive, and team-first approach who can build relationships across the business and uphold a positive & engaging culture.
This role reports to the Director, People & Culture supporting our Corporate organization, including Commercial, Technology, Finance, Legal.
Essential Functions and Job Duties
PEOPLE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT (50%)
- Own execution for and assist in design & implementation of performance management systems that encourage accountability and professional growth.
- Assist in meaningful talent and performance reviews through effective manager training and enablement.
- Partner with Director P&C to assess and improve current performance management systems, including performance assessments and feedback structures.
- Identify skill gaps and learning needs in partnership with managers, build a sustainable annual calendar with predictable programming
- Manage Culture Committee and ERGs - providing guidance, administrative support, and ensuring relevance to P&C strategy
- Facilitate recognition strategies across the organization - including impact awards and peer-to-peer recognition programs
- Actively participate in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, including partnering with managers on 90-day onboarding plans.
- Execute engagement activities to promote company culture and drive employee morale
- Collaborate with P&C Team to define & integrate our core values in everything we do
TALENT ACQUISITION (30%)
- Facilitate the hiring process - lead kickoff meetings, weekly syncs with hiring managers, and debriefs with interview teams, while ensuring consistency and mitigating bias.
- Lead offer process by packaging competitive offers, handling negotiations, & analyzing internal equity.
- Act as an advisor to candidates & hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Provide solutions for optimization to processes & programs to help scale our efforts
- Partner with Director P&C to assist with effective change management initiatives
- Build and administrate department internship or co-op programs
- Support employer branding initiatives, manage our LinkedIn and Glassdoor pages.
HRG SUPPORT (20%)
- Facilitate compensation planning - including internal equity, promotions, the company merit cycle, hiring, and external benchmarking.
- Partner with People Ops Specialist to ensure flawless data integrity in our HRIS, tools, and company org charts - perform audits as needed
- Assist in the execution and planning of team offsites in partnership with EAs.
- Assist in content development for employee training and L&D programs.
- Solicit feedback and provide recommendations to enhance our culture through engagement surveys, exit interviews, 90-day check ins, roundtables, and 1:1s.
- Proactively facilitate exit interviews, stay interviews, and employee 1:1s
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies related to HR functions
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years HR Generalist experience supporting Corporate organizations in a revenue-generating team environment; ideally DTC, but not required
- Experience executing people programs end-to-end, including but limited to areas such as onboarding, learning & development, performance management, etc.
- Interest in developing into a front-facing HR Professional, ie. HR Business Partner, People Program Manager, L&D Manager, or similar role.
- Operates proactively in the business - listens to employees, asks for regular feedback, and comes to the table with innovative solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills; excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Navigates ambiguity and effectively manages up

Salary Range: $90,000-120,000
(Salary dependent on geo-location and years of experience)
