Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for their wellness facility. This remote position requires strong compliance knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and proven ability to manage HR systems efficiently.
Work Location: Remote (occasional on-site visits required to Snohomish County, WA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Develop and enforce company policies and procedures
- Oversee payroll compliance and benefits administration
- Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations matters
- Conduct investigations and manage performance issues
- Implement performance management processes
- Support management with coaching and development initiatives

Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with payroll systems and HR software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Organized and detail-oriented with analytical capabilities
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (Full-Time, 40 hours per week)
