- Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate leads to secure exceptional talent.
- Enhance and expand the talent database.
- Develop job descriptions and facilitate the posting of positions both internally and externally.
- Perform the evaluation of resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Facilitating interview coordination.
- Actively initiate contact with candidates through direct outreach and pursue candidate referrals.
- Engage in Recruitment Events.
Must Haves:
- We're looking for someone with some experience in recruiting.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and possessing comprehensive computer knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in functioning effectively within a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong self-motivation, and effective time management skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Understanding of market and recruiting trends.
- 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
