Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on talent management, performance issues, and employee development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations matters, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts as needed.
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend actions to improve overall performance.
- Support talent acquisition efforts and offer insights on workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining best HR practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within the financial services or mortgage industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
