As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple branches under Accredited Labs. You will be managing multiple roles, executing creative sourcing strategies, and help drive hiring in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment effort by ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Candidates who are familiar with calibration processes and industry are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for our calibration branches. Focusing on Calibration Technicians and other technical roles
- Maintain high velocity recruiting with accuracy and speed
- Juggling multiple requisitions across multiple branch locations at any given time
- Maintaining a positive candidate experience through the hiring process
- Ownership of talent assessment practices to ensure fair, inclusive, and equitable hiring across all candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to clearly define role requirements, identify essential skills and traits, and ensure every candidate is evaluated fairly and consistently
- Develop and execute creative sourcing and candidate engagement strategies to attract the best talent for each role.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and confidently close candidates
- Drive the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, closing candidates, and preparing offer letters.
- Be a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping them build strong, high-performing teams
- Manage interview logistics and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep our ATS organized and ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date
- Help shape our recruitment strategy by bringing fresh ideas, insights, and process improvements
- Partner with HR and Recruiting on additional projects and duties

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proven success in sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and hiring top talent across multiple roles, departments and branches
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding hiring goals and deadlines
- Experience in managing multiple job openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience with ATS platforms—Workable and Greenhouse is a plus
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism
- Demonstrated success in offer negotiation and successfully closing top-tier candidates
