We are looking for a technical recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talent for our projects. As a technical recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for various technical roles
- Collaborating with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and expectations
- Creating and posting job ads on relevant platforms and networks
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and nurturing relationships with them
- Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Negotiating and extending offers to selected candidates
- Keeping track of hiring metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
