Our client is a Healthcare Firm located in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Delegate specific tasks to the appropriate teams at each location
- Employee Relations: Lead efforts to foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns
- Organizational Development: identify and address organizational development needs
- HR Analytics: make informed decisions and recommendations for improving HR processes, identifying trends, and driving data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of well-rounded, generalist HR experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Based out of Brooklyn 5 days a week
The annual base salary range is $150k to $200k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
