Our client is searching for an experienced Recruiter to oversee and drive the full cycle of talent acquisition activities. This role will involve innovative sourcing strategies, mentoring junior recruiters, and ensuring a seamless hiring process aligned with company values and diversity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement company policies and best practices throughout the recruitment, interview, and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with shared values and equal employment standards.
- Identify and attract top talent to fulfill open position requirements, continually seeking new and creative sourcing methods.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest levels, compensation expectations, and availability.
- Perform competency-based behavioral interviews to ensure candidates meet all job specifications and align with organizational culture.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for each recruitment project, utilizing the Human Resources Management system as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental trends and future hiring needs.
- Share recruitment expertise and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Present short-listed candidates to hiring managers, offering recommendations and participating in the selection process.
- Educate candidates on the company’s value proposition, including benefits, career growth opportunities, and compensation structures.
- Manage recruitment advertising and internal communications as needed.
- Represent the company at career and job fairs to attract qualified candidates.
- Lead nationalization recruitment campaigns and contribute to the development of recruiting policies.
- Perform additional duties and participate in projects as required.
- Champion employer branding and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of recruitment and staffing experience, preferably within consultancy, real estate, or corporate environments.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in behavioral/competency-based interviewing and selection assessment tools.
- Experience in Employer Branding, DE&I Recruiting, and conducting Hiring Events is a huge plus.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule: 4 days from home, 1 day in the office.
