The Sr HR Analyst will be responsible for enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, staying up-to-date with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the HR function.


  • Partner with senior site/corporate leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Provide reports on KPI’s and manage HR data analysis.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, learning and development, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.


Desired Skill Set / Certifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Experience with Human Resources reports, KPI’s. – HRIS experience.
  • Proficiency in Performance Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
