Responsibilities:
Supervise and empower our shared service coordinators to excel in their roles.
Drive order fulfillment to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Provide expert guidance to our management team on recruiting processes and forms.
Dive into local professional networks to expand our talent pool.
Serve as the reliable backup for all shared service coordination needs.
Focus Areas:
Oversee and track key recruiting metrics for the team
Manage requisitions and post jobs.
Track hiring progress and maintain records.
Conduct background checks and administer tests.
Ensure smooth new hire onboarding.
Enhance service delivery with innovative ideas for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and retaining hourly staff.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in full lifecycle, high volume recruiting
2+ years experience in managing a team
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Knowledge of employment laws.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
HR certifications are highly preferred but not required.
