Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will
- Act as a strategic partner to the global leadership team, providing guidance and support on all human resources matters.
- Drive the design and implementation of performance management strategies that align with our global business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives to ensure the company attracts and retains top technical talent.
- Partner with global teams to understand their unique needs and challenges, and develop tailored HR solutions to support their success.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations, and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and policies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the technology industry.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management strategies on a global scale.
- Extensive knowledge of global HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges and proactively address them.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification (such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR) will be a plus.
