Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter at Strong Tower Partners. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for executive positions, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, coordinating with clients, and providing recruitment support. This role involves a mix of in-office and remote work.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Candidate Assessment skills
- Experience in conducting interviews and candidate screenings
- Client relationship management and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in executive search or talent management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
