Your Role
- Strategize and execute comprehensive recruitment plans that resonate with Ezee Fiber’s mission and ethos.
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes to meet the diverse hiring needs of the organization.
- Guide and mentor a dedicated team of recruitment specialists, , providing leadership to achieve department goals.
- Engage with department leaders and hiring managers to gauge immediate and long-term staffing requirements.
- Employ analytical methods to monitor recruitment metrics and refine recruitment tactics.
- Cultivate lasting partnerships with external recruiters, educational institutions, and professional associations source candidates.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track recruiting metrics and analyze effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Champion employer branding efforts to establish Ezee Fiber as an employer of choice.
- Direct the development and continuous improvement of the company’s recruitment tools and technologies.
- Manage the recruitment budget and negotiate contracts with external service providers.
- Manage and nurture our relationship with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) entities.
What We Seek
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is highly regarded.
- At least 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expertise in HRIS and ATS platforms, complete with reporting and KPI analysis.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the telecom sector and its unique talent needs preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal prowess.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Job Boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), HR software (Paycor and ADP preferred), and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
