Overview
The HR Director is responsible for developing and executing the overall HR strategy for the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The HR Director will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and legal compliance.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage the HR budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field but wide open to degree type of experience
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including leadership roles.
- HR experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
