Odd Sox is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our human resources functions, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and compliance with relevant regulations. You will plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Administer and conduct performance reviews, implementing effective strategies for performance enhancement and employee development.
- Ensure adherence to all employment laws and company policies, staying on top of current HR practices and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture and support the company's overall objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to senior management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and other HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated experience in a senior Human Resources role, such as HR Manager or HR Director, with a proven track record in recruitment, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team, as well as driving strategic HR initiatives.
