The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable handling employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and other HR duties. This candidate will work closely with management to help with employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed recruiting reports and analytics.
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
