Fetch Package is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR Team. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of our organization. Our HR teams are comfortable rolling up their sleeves and diving deep into daily operational HR challenges while keeping an eye on the breadth of HR needs and opportunities across the company. What you'll do:
- Consult with operations management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyze trends and metrics to asses risk, develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Manage and oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance, and other perks, ensuring accurate administration and effective communication of benefits to employees.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to operations management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide consistent HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Supporting employee development needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Create and drive talent initiatives, improve performance and retention, and work to enhance the employee experience
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; Master's Degree and/or relevant certification preferred.
- 5-7 years of HR experience
- Experience with employee relations and investigations
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders cross-departmentally
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and yet thrive in a team environment.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- HRIS – Paycom platform is a PLUS.
