Plant HR Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant HR Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing payroll processes, coordinating administrative functions for the plant, and supporting various operational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP payroll systems and possess strong administrative and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration:
Process payroll accurately and on time using ADP payroll systems.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Review employee timesheets and ensure all timesheets are approved by management.
Assist with processing employee pay changes in ADP.
Reconcile benefits statements and coordinate with the HR department to manage employee benefits and deductions.
Prepare payroll reports for management review and financial audits.
Administrative Coordination:
Oversee and manage daily administrative operations of the plant.
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate IT support and liaise with the IT department to address technical issues.
Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.
Support the plant manager and other department heads with administrative tasks as needed.
Check and distribute mail accordingly.
Ensure the janitorial service is performing properly.
Keep a log of laptop assignments and monitors; reorder if required.
Maintain office key logs and inventory.
Create, maintain, and distribute annual company calendars and shift schedules.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, preferably with ADP systems.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with benefits administration is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
