Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the talent acquisition process by assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various job boards and company websites.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Compensation
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
