Position Overview:
As a senior-level Human Resources Director you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You must operate with self-initiative and undertake organizational development to improve internal practices. AT RTI, we work with people integrated into the community, living in their own homes and in our residential settings. Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization’s business.
- Bridge management and employee relations to address demands, grievances or other issues.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
- Assess, monitor, and develop effective training programs.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience and leadership skills.
- ATS and HRIS experience, preferably Paycor
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM Certification.
- Experience overseeing HR practices in the mental health / social services industry.
- Leadership role in HR
- Experience operating under 245D Licensing.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
