Job Title: Senior Director of Human Resources
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and ensure the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives. This role will focus on driving talent management, optimizing employee performance, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs across the organization
- Manage HR budgets and report on key HR metrics
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence organizational growth and culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Implement succession planning and leadership development strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management, compensation, and benefits
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with HR technologies and data analysis
- SHRM-CP or SPHR certification is a plus
Compensation
- Competitive salary: $140,000 - $180,000 annually, based on experience
