Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs that enhance the employee experience, including engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and well-being activities.
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and department heads to create an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
- Design and manage employee surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data from employee feedback and engagement surveys to develop actionable insights and recommend improvements.
- Lead and support initiatives related to employee recognition, career development, and internal communication.
- Partner with onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and integrate them into the company culture.
- Advocate for employee needs and work closely with HR to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee experience and engagement.
- Plan and execute events and activities that promote team building and strengthen company culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, human resources, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of employee experience strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive and positive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software, survey tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
