Job Overview
The Associate HR Analyst will assist in analyzing and improving human resources processes and systems to support organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to employee performance, recruitment, turnover, and compensation.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support strategic initiatives.
- Help manage HR systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with HR team members to address employee concerns and improve HR processes.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and other HR functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
