Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the human resources & payroll functions within the organization. You will be responsible for all aspects of payroll, designing and implementing HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your focus will be on performance management, talent acquisition, budgeting, and employee orientation to support the organization's overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in implementing and administering company policies.
- Manages and administers multi-state, bi-weekly payroll.
- Maintain job descriptions, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Administer employee group benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance, supplemental insurances and 401k.
- Continuously review and rewrite HR policies to ensure the company's policies contribute to the operations of the company. Communicate these policies and any policy changes to all employees assuring they are completely understood.
- Partner with and support supervisors in managers in the disciplinary process with individual employees to assure fairness, consistency, and compliance with all laws.
- Oversee performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct employee orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Lead the company's Safety Committee and ensure each facility is complaint with OSHA regulations.
- Submit work related injury documentation to worker's compensation carrier, track injuries and OSHA 300 logs and postings.

:
- College degree or five years related experience preferred.
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on organization design and talent management.
- Familiarity with ADP WFN or similar HR software platforms.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, & Excel.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
