- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative HR solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
