We are looking for a
Talent Coordinator to join our team!
The Talent Coordinator is an entry level role and will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition and management processes. This individual will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of recruitment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for sales and talent management.

What YOU Will Do
- Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Assist with performance review processes, including scheduling and documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Hunt via programs like LinkedIn or Indeed
Requirements
What YOU will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment support or sales
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
