Job Title: Talent Scout
Job Overview: As a Talent Scout at 51., you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and connecting with potential candidates who align with our company’s needs and culture. Your expertise in spotting exceptional talent will help us build a dynamic and diverse team across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through online platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to gauge candidate fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Foster relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide recommendations to hiring teams on top candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and keep accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent scouting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, social media, networking, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with company culture.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Compensation
- Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
