Responsibilities
- Scheduling Nurses & Home Health Aides
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Weekend on Call Rotation
- Sending Shift Confirmations
- Managing trackers & spreadsheets
- Tracking nurses & HHA visits with patient satisfaction calls
- Use various technology platforms for tracking, time management, and pulling of reports.
- Work with various departments on varying patient needs.
