We're looking for a HR Support professional to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will show reliability and dedication to the team, as well as the company. This is a high volume organization and will need this person to handle multiple tasks.
This is an on-site position at the company HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and HR Manager
- Supports onboarding and off-boarding employees
- Participate in a variety of special projects as assigned
- Coordinate and schedule travel and accommodations
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests
- Assist with IT setup (workstations, laptops, system access)
- Maintain office supply and IT inventory.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5 -7 years experience in a similar HR or heavy administrative role REQUIRED
- Experience in High Volume work environments REQUIRED
- Capacity to work collaboratively and as a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills.
- Working knowledge of basic IT/computer setup.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage interruptions.
- Ability to deliver quality results in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
