Our ideal candidate thrives in a non-corporate private/family office environment, managing an HR duties for roughly 150 employees.
We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Director (or similar) who will be responsible for employer branding, recruiting/staffing, onboarding, HR compliance, payroll assistance, training and development of other staff, and benefits management.

On-site Attendance Mon. - Fri. from 8 am - 6pm (1 hr. lunch) are our standard business hours. Close proximity to Jersey City, NJ will be ideal!
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar HR leadership role, with a minimum of 7-10 years in human resources.
- Leadership Skills Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide HR teams.
- Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Organizational Skills Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance Deep understanding of HR laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring organizational compliance.
- Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex HR issues effectively.
Desired but not required
- Industry Knowledge Experience in the real estate development industry is a plus.
- Experience with Yardi real estate software.
