Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate actively with executive leadership to contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive business plans and strategies.
- HR Leadership: Lead and manage a dedicated HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Support: Provide operational HR guidance, consulting, and resolution strategies across the organization, ensuring effective implementation of HR initiatives.
- Workforce Planning: Spearhead initiatives in workforce planning to align human resources with the organization's strategic goals.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, coupled with effective retention programs emphasizing career development and employee satisfaction.
- Compensation: Responsible for administration and management of compensation strategies for the organization, including salary action planning, incentive compensation program administration, and reward and recognition programs.
- Employee Relations: Build and maintain robust employee relations practices that promote a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Talent Development: Champion talent development initiatives that support the growth and development of employees, aligning with the organization’s needs and individual career aspirations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An advanced degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role, with a track record of achieving results.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including compensation, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
