We are searching for a qualified HR assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department. Reporting to the HR manager, the assistant will help with administrative tasks, recruiting, and scheduling. The assistant will also act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees.
Objectives of this role
- Provide administrative support to our entire HR department
- Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, promptly answering questions
- Ensure that all employees feel safe and cared for at our company by addressing complaints promptly and professionally
- Recruit and hire strong candidates who will positively impact our company
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees
Responsibilities
- Greet employees and potential employees
- Process employee documentation and records
- Assist employees with HRIS system
- Keep employee records and documentation up to date, including creating and organizing files
- Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
- Assist with employee onboarding
