We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager in the Northeast region to play a critical role in driving human resources initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as the Business Partner and works with leadership and HR team to develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the business strategy and provide HR guidance on all people related matters.
- Understand and navigate the labor laws, cultural nuances, and HR practices specific to new markets.
- Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR due diligence for M&A activities, including evaluating the cultural fit and integration challenges.
- Develop and implement integration plans to merge employee bases, harmonize policies and align organizational cultures.
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand HR needs and support innovation initiatives.
- Design and implement HR strategies that foster creativity, collaboration, and agile methodologies.
- Support organizational change initiatives and help manage the impact on employees.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in organizational processes and culture.
- Facilitates annual People Cycle initiatives, including but not limited to, Performance Management, Succession and Compensation Planning. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation, performance management, career development, diversity and inclusion, and recognition.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, talent planning and retention.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts as necessary.
- Oversee the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Identify training needs and create or procure professional development programs, as well as, execute & support Corporate training initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field. Master's degree of HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR management experience with a focus on Corporate functions, or M&A and Business development teams
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making and influential skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in managing HR in diverse and international settings.
