Job Description / Scope Of Work
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support the Regional EHS Manager with day-to-day EHS ofperations Provide support to regional business partners.
2. Support management efforts to ensure compliance with all corporate program expectations and applicable federal and state laws
3. Coordinate EHS incident response and investigations.
4.Perform EHS inspections and audits and address action items
5. Assist in the development and implementation of EHS programs, strategiees, policies,training, committees and procedures in alignment with Corporate and Business expectations.
6. Collaborate with XFN in the delivery of the EHS objectives, includiing but not limited to health and wellness, ergonomics, and employee assistance programs,
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in environment, health and safety, engineering, or related field
2. Good working knowledge of local & federal regulatory requirements; general industry and construction standards;Focus on addressing issues related to environment, health and safety in the workplace, including risk management, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and employee wellness. Good Knowledge of construction safety guidance, safety products and services, and trends and regulatory action.
3.Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role and able to work independently and drive results.
4.Strong communication skills
5. Ability to influence key stakeholders and build relationships
6. Strong computer-based skills, able to produce reports and workirig documents to an exceptional standard
7. Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the busineess
8. Preference will be given to candidates open to national & international business travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
