Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Corporate HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound communications and provide essential backup support for customer responses based on volume. Our team manages core HR functions, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, processing, and leaves. Key Responsibilities:
- Triage Inbound Communications: Review, process, and direct mail, emails, voicemails, and service tickets to the appropriate teams within service level agreements.
- Monitor Workflow Queues: Ensure continuous and balanced workflows by monitoring team availability and work complexity.
- Customer Service Excellence: Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, cases, and communications from employees and HR partners. Address questions and concerns effectively within your scope of responsibility.
- Case Management Documentation: Accurately record and update the case management system with relevant information and supporting documentation.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Corporate HR Departments, including preparing reports and correspondence.
- Time Management: Effectively manage your time to help the HR Shared Services Center meet required service level agreements and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Additional Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 0-4 years of experience in HR, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and comfortable with general computer use.
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and resourceful with a positive attitude.
