Our client is a FinTech firm in Morris County, NJ.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Update the employee handbook
· Assist with the automation of internal systems
· Conduct new hire onboarding and exit interview procedures
· Coordinate or administer various aspects of the organization’s, training, organizational development, and employee relations programs
· Delegate specific tasks to the appropriate teams at each location
· Perform routine administrative tasks to ensure HR processes are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established HR business processes
· Maintain accurate records for individual employees regarding pay rates, shift details, promotions, transfers, sick leave, etc.
Requirements:
· 6+ years of well-rounded HR Generalist experience, both strategic and tactical, in a corporate setting
· Strong communication skills and efficient problem-solving skills
· Experience in Tech or FinTech is a plus
