We are looking for an experienced and skilled Benefits Manager to join our client's expanding Human Resources team. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's employee benefits programs. This role ensures that all benefits programs are in alignment with company objectives, comply with regulations, and remain competitive within the marketplace.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer a comprehensive benefits package that meets the needs of our employees while aligning with the company’s budget.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and maintain a competitive benefits position.
- Oversee the daily administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Identify and propose new benefits offerings that support company goals and employee needs.
- Configure and manage benefits within Workday, including benefits setup, open enrollment, and life event processing.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing benefits programs for a large organization.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in Workday, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail.
