Provides tactical Human Resources support to designated business units by using knowledge of various Human Resources processes and procedures. This is a junior-level Human Resources business partner position that may require direct supervision, coaching, and mentoring in the formation of strategies.

Salary Minimum
$60,857.00
Major Duties
Provides consultation and technical support for tactical workforce planning and management following Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures.
Collaborates with assigned business units and Human Resources (HR) management to effectively communicate policies, programs, and initiatives.
Identifies needs and offers proactive Human Resources (HR) solutions including staffing, employee/labor relations, personnel records, and/or recruiting.
Trains, develops, and mentors assigned staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Challenges
