What will you do as a HRBP?
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will of both transactional and advisory to the operating companies and local site management, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of HR. This role will focus on compensation, training and development, succession planning, performance management, sustainability reporting, and HR systems administration. The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to foster a productive and engaged workforce.

What do we expect from you as a HRBP?
Experience Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering, compensation, and talent development.
- Minimum of 5 years of talent or workforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR Management.
- Labor relations experience strongly preferred.
Skills And Abilities
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and related software; experience with HR analytics is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Your Core Responsibilities Are
The HRBP will act as a strategic partner within the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to foster a productive and engaged workforce. The HRBP will focus on several key areas:
- Strategically partner with site management to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business goals and enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on HR policies, organizational changes, and employee relations matters.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity.
- Design and deliver training and development programs that foster employee skill enhancement, career growth, and succession planning.
- Facilitate performance management processes, providing coaching and feedback to managers for continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives by tracking key HR metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Perform other duties assigned by management within the expected scope of this position.
