Director of Human Resources (HR) to joing their gorwing team!!
Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
- Proficient in Office applications, good with computer programs
- Prior experience as HR/Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator in nursing home setting preferred
- Peoples' person - team builder - someone who puts the "human" into Human Resources
- Thrive in high-paced environment
Responsibilities
Be the face of the company at the facility level for all staff, from pre-hire to retire. A true Director of Human Resources (HR) would encounter these tasks on a daily basis:
- Responsible for job postings, reaching out to applicants consistently and timely to ensure success in hiring
- Vetting and onboarding potential hires
- Responsible for all employee paperwork and entering employee information into the HR portal
- Benefits coordinator
- Main resource for company policy as it relates to employment
- Review timecards and make final edits prior to payroll deadlines
- Work with scheduler to ensure accuracy
- Assist department heads with disciplinary process
