Seeking an experienced HR Generalist with at least 5 years experience and at least 1 year in the manufacturing industry. One of the key responsibilities for this position is to oversee the recruitment process and selection process at our company and to collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, post job advertisements, and screen resumes. Other duties include conducting interviews, perform background checks, assist in making final hiring decisions, onboarding, and orientations.
Duties
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data effectively
- Implement strategic planning initiatives to support talent management and employee development
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven experience working with HRIS platforms like ADP, iCIMS, Workday, and Taleo
- Strong background in strategic planning and talent management
- Familiarity with performance management processes
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience in conducting employee evaluations is a plus
